How about we all proclaim that everything should be put into the Hoard and watched every night. I can volunteer to watch the Hoard since I'm a good watcher. Then none of us actually place anything back ourselves.

Why are all the townsfolk letting sacheertorte's little slip get a complete pass? Which slip? Well it wasn't a slip because he is evil. The one where he called storyteller and Boozie Good players.

Then none of us actually place anything back ourselves. Actually that's an even better idea. If everyone is putting stuff in no one is watching. And I can use my three actions that night. We might be able to get away with up to 6 items if we just randomly grab stuff. Hmmm maybe sacher's actually helping our cause by trying to get everyone to put their bad stuff in the hoard. He sounds scummier and scummier to me every minute, hahahaha.

Can something go into and then out of the Hoard on the same turn? We need to clarify that.

If we can get everyone to agree to place the items in the Hoard, someone will need to nominate myself and Zsofia to be the watchers, since as Dwarves we have increased success with any physical actions taken, and watching the Hoard is a physical action. Two people watching is better than one. I don't want to volunteer to do it (or should I volunteer to do it)? Anyway, I can use the Wand of Holding on Zsofia while the rest of you raid the Hoard.
Has Turn One officially started yet?

I can see way more than one or two people watching the hoard at a time. I think we get everything in there and then do a smash and grab and not even worry about being seen. Of course I say that as someone with zen-like abilities. I have to read everything again. I don't think town is going to go along with putting everything in there right away anyway. I do however like how Sacher is distancing himself from putting his worthless object in because he loses valuable investigative time. Heh, scummier and scummier, says I.

So what's our strategerie? Lurk, steal, throw each other under the bus? I think I might have spent too much time with Santo last game. I may be corrupted, but that might be a good thing, well it did feel good at the time.

I'm going to try to play as townie as possible by being very engaged in the game, throwing ideas out there and being helpful. I think we should all endeavor not to lurk, and to call attention to those who do lurk.

Looks like I'll probably use my Wand of Holding on Sachertorte this turn because he will probably investigate either me or Darth to find a Good Thief. We need to get him Disintegrated though because he is resistant to Curses. Thoughts?

So he would have a chance to investigate you anyway and report his findings on the second turn. I say if he survives this turn we curse him anyway and take our chances. I don't think anymore of us should ride his case about his slip except maybe me. Don't want us all going down with the ship. People who have played with me before know that I don't let things go easily. It's probably going to be a tough sell though. No one wants to off the investigator on day one. BLEH.

But we have two investigators...surely we can afford to off one of them... I'm kidding of course. Maybe another townie will pick up and run with the "slip".

I hoping so, as it will place me as the only investigator But yeah, hopefully sinjin will take over from now on..

I should probably just shut up now. If he doesn't get disintegrated today I think he should be zapped with the wand and then cursed.

I don't know who to target.. I hate that sachertorte has a high chance of not dying. That is really an overpowered character IMO.
One idea if the lynch/curse doesn't work though: I would "investigate" sachertorte and claim him to be scum. Town would waste two lynches on me, and they would be out of investigators. In the mean time, we could lynch watchers and other annoying characters.
