Secret roles are
You were school Mates with (...). You trust them implicitly and know they must be loyal crew-members.
You are a Hacker. One time only, you may change during the Night the rank number of any one crew-member, including yourself, to any number of your choice. The new rank ordering will be revealed to all at the beginning of the Day, including new officers, if any.
You are a Cracker. One time only, you may release at Night prisoners of your choice (any number) from the Brig. The release will happen just before the end of the Night, and the newly released will not be able to take any Night actions. Nor does this remove any standing arrest orders.
You are the Ring Leader of the mutiny. You are a smooth liar and if examined by the Ship's Doctor, will pass as loyal.

So, with 7 Town and 3 scum, that means Town has only one mislynch before they get to stalemate Lylo, right?
Let me type that out and see if I'm right:
Now: 7-3 Mislynch: 6-3 Night Kill: 5-3 Mislynch: 4-3 Night Kill: 3-3
So that's a potential stalemate that can be broken by the highest ranking officer, so not technically Lylo. But damn, Town doesn't have a big margin for error. If I were a Mate, I would look at that and seriously consider claiming right out of the gate. With only 2 of them, it would be a big blow to lose their confirmed status.

Yep. Small games give less leeway for the Town. Hmm, I think I may tweak the Mutinous win condition to be strictly greater. The equal part kind of pushes it too far.

I think that's a good plan. 2 mislynches to lylo is tough, of course, but reasonable for 10 players, IMO. The brig could turn out to be a big factor in how this game ends up. It's going to be interesting to see how the players manipulate people into/out of the brig, particularly the scum. How brazen will they be getting their players out if they have the chance to do so?
